Emergence Endodontics (Dr. Wendy Lai Inc)

Dr.Lai is the most compassionate and professional dentist I have ever met.Last year I had a medical emergency that resulted in destroying most of my front teeth. I have seen many dentists through the year who just wanted to pull them all out. (May I add I am a 25 year old woman) after several dissappointing visits to other dental facilities,through sheer luck I was placed in Dr.Lai's care.Not only has she tackled my difficult situation with care. We are more than half way to having my front teeth all fixed. None of which have been pulled out.I am so thankful for her determination and compassion to my situation, and would highly recommend anyone to visit her.During all of my procedures she made sure I was not in any pain, and was comfortable my entire visit.It truly is an honor to have her working on my teeth.She is gentle and sincere and should be greatly considered, especially for more sensitive patients.As for her brand new office all of her medical equipment is top of the line with in house access to CT and x-ray.The office and patient treatment areas are clean, organized, and bright.Dr. Lai and her staff bring welcoming energy into the room making you feel at home.I wish Dr. Lai the very best in this career and look forward to seeing her dreams flourish.

Dr. Lai and her team are terrific. She has a very friendly and welcoming staff as well as the latest high-tech dental equipment. Dr. Lai explains everything clearly and completely in a kind manner. She provides an honest, balanced prognosis. Dr. Lai is super competent and works efficiently. She and her team are very caring. They follow up with you repeatedly by phone or e-mail to see how you are doing and whether you are having any issues. You can e-mail them if you are having problems and they will get back to you promptly. It's very reassuring to know that you don't have to wait until your next appointment to get advice. Dr. Lai got me through a dicey situation that looked dire at the beginning. But after she fniished the root canal the outlook was much better. Dr. Lai is kind and insprires confidence. It's easy to see why all of her reviews are 5 stars. No one enjoys having a root canal but if you need to have one done I strongly recommnend Dr. Lai.

I cannot praise Dr. Lai and her team highly enough. Not only did she complete brilliant dental work, she was kind enough to open her surgery on a public holiday to enable me to commence urgent radiation treatment in a timely manner. I am enormously grateful for her work as well as the kindness and professionalism of her team.

What a fantastic group of employees led by the wonderful Dr. Lai. I was referred here by another dentist to get a better prognosis on the regression I was having in my canine. The group are all very intelligent, honest individuals ensuring you feel comfortable even in disconcerting circumstances. Dr. Lai can easily convey and translate medical lingo while also recommending (selflessly) the best course of action. Her and her team are extremely competent. The office is very welcoming +clean and all the equipment appears to be the latest tech. Thank you for the great experience.

I was referred to Dr. Lai from my dentist. My 46 tooth was seriously infected ( gum pimple) that I had my root canals over 10 years ago. I had my 2nd root canal treatement with Dr. Lai. I was so afraid that my tooth cant be saved because I heard tooth thats going thru 2nd treatement it is most likely impossible. However, I was able to book a consulation with Dr. Lai and had my treatment done at the same day.Dr. Lai was my life saver, my 46 tooth was able to re-treated. She went thru all details before we processed to next step. I went to visit her for two sessions in total during holidays time.She was professional, friendly, and super patient. I just got my permanent crown today from my dentist. Thought I should express how thanksful to Dr. Lai and my dentist. Thank you for your hard work and dedication to the work. Dr. Lai is reliable and worth the trust when it comes to Root canals, if someone needs help with special treatment she is THE ONE. Most importantly, if English isn't ur first language, you can communicate with either in Mandarin or Cantonese. Highly recommended!!!

I was referred to Dr. Lai for a root canal re-assessment. She prescribed the proper antibiotics to help me get through a gnarly infection and laid out my options and the best course of actions. I already felt like we picked the best option but she called back a month later to check up on me and invited me back for a follow up check for complete peace of mind. Dr. Lai and her staff are consummate professionals. I hope I never have to do another root canal, but if I do I'll definitely be coming back here.

They go out of their way to make sure the experience and treatments are done efficiently and effectively. Dr. Lai is very easy to get along with, stays late and even came in on her day off to make sure my tooth pain was being managed. DR. LAI SAVED MY LIFE!My tooth was in excruciating pain, which required root canal treatment. While the Endodontist I was originally referred to was unavailable, Dr. Lai came to my rescue and was able to see me on the day of!My experience with Dr. Lai has been phenomenal! From the moment I walked into the Emergence Endodontics office, I was blown away by the bright and beautiful space. All the staff are very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. (Shout out to Winnie, Ellen, and Jerika!)Dr. Lai is extremely understanding, patient, caring, and gentle. During my first visit with her, she came up with treatment plan options, and did a very thorough job informing me about what was happening. She took the time to answer any questions or concerns that I had, and was always willing to listen. Dr. Lai was very careful, ensuring that the procedure was as painless as possible. She offered movies for me to watch, light massaging in the chair I sat in, and comfortable sunglasses to wear. She really made sure that I was well taken care of throughout my entire visit.I have gone to Dr. Lai two times now for root canal treatment, and she has been exceptional every time. Dr. Lai is highly skilled and professional in her craft. She provides excellent treatment, and she couldn’t have done a more amazing job.
